Biography

Lindsey specializes in complex civil litigation, taking on cases involving contract disputes, business torts, employment claims, insurance defense, estates, securities, and real estate. She has helped individuals, small businesses, government entities, and large corporate clients alike navigate litigation at every stage of the process, including pre-suit investigations, civil discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediations, trial, collections, and appeals.


With her background as a journalist, Lindsey is passionate about advocating for her clients in writing as well as in the courtroom. The skills she developed working for the Chicago Tribune and other Chicago media institutions now help her creatively and effectively problem-solve for clients in a litigation setting.
Lindsey also maintains a robust pro bono practice that focuses on constitutional and immigration law. She serves as a member of the Associate Leadership Board for the National Immigrant Justice Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring access to justice for immigrants navigating the U.S. legal system.
